Jump Start Keys Affordable Housing Program (JSKAH) is designed to introduce a unique collaboration a fresh new approach that provides the low to moderate income with access to fair and equal housing.  A pathway to financial freedom and prepare families to become homeowners by providing  life style management programs, provide assistance throughout the home buying process, curing credit issues and saving for down payments. Our goal is to immediately stabilize neighborhoods by occupying vacant properties as quickly as possible.

Our Transitional Housing Program is designed to support Veterans to establish themselves back into the communities they have so passionately protected. Providing Apartment Suites for 1 day up-to 4 months.

We are expanding our partnership program with community institutions, small businesses and  corporate partners to leverage funding streams to support JumpStartKeys Home Ownership & Residence Programs.
